Which is the best ECE review center?

ECE graduates are preparing for their licensure exams this November 7, 2010. Only one week is left for them to review all their notes, books, and all other review materials. Almost all of them right now are pressured for this exam. The question now, which review center has the most effective review materials and reviewers? Here in Cebu, only 3 ECE review centers dominate. Excel Review Center, PERC DC and RF (just established recently). I asked reviewees from these 3 centers and from what they said, here are my opinions.

1. One advantage of PERC is that they treat you more as a fresh ECE student giving you more lectures and attention on basics and foundations of ECE.
2. Both Excel and PERC are good but many prefer to enrol in PERC because of cheaper fee and the training is good.
3. Excel has always nice and very good feedbacks but the review fees are higher.
4. The reason Excel almost always get first place and sometimes sweep top 10 is that they are recruiting honor students which I think is excellent market strategy.
5. Founders of PERC and RF came from Excel. Since RF is newly established, nobody can prove its performance yet. Let's just wait.
6. Excel provides very good review materials for GEAS and Math especially during coaching while for Electronics, PERC's reviewers are very good.
7. Among all the review centers, only Excel has the license to operate from CHED.

    I think for me is TOP ECE Review center because of it's name written on you are going to TOP is it!? Anyway, is the TOP review center still running nowadays? I found nothing from its address seems they are relocated, not so sure. Well, at the other side in my mind, i considering the good environment has, the good review materials they have, and the instructors that are open, willing, or can initiate asking what topic, subject,ideas, advise,or solution, etc., they can give for help to every one by one student is the best ece review center. yeah! just like that. you should fully received for what you pay for and to whom you pay for must totally served.
